Welcome to ProlabExpress.com. We are located at 4317 Airwest Drive SE Kentwood, MI 49512. These Terms and Conditions of Use govern your use of ProlabExpress.com services. Your use of these services constitutes acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of Use and creates a binding agreement. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website. Please check these Terms and Conditions of Use frequently, as we may from time to time make changes to the Terms and Conditions of Use. The most up-to-date version of these Terms and Conditions of Use will be available for your review on the website. Amendments to both the Terms and Conditions of Use as well as other website content, including pricing, will become effective at the time they are posted on this website. Your continued use of the website after amendments are posted will constitute your acceptance of such amendments. We may at any time modify or discontinue any aspect or component of the website. You must be 18 years or older to use ProlabExpress.com.

1. Credit/Payment Terms
Orders are paid at the time of submission by credit card, which is authorized and charged at the time you place the order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If additional charges are to be applied that are not listed on the website, we will notify you via email or phone prior to shipping your order. Charges are processed securely through 3rd party payment processor Stripe and will appear as our parent company "CORPORATE COLOR" or "CORP COLOR" on your statement.

2. In-House Times
Our goal is to ship most orders promptly while still maintaining our high quality standards. Delivery times may vary based on seasonality and special circumstances.

3. Sales Tax
All sales within Michigan are subject to 6% sales tax. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a tax-exempt number before ordering to avoid sales tax charges.

4. Hours of Operation
Normal business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EDT. Subject to change at company's discretion.

5. Paper
Digital Photographic Paper - ProlabExpress.com® prints offer Red River or Breathing Color professional digital photographic and art papers. Surfaces include Satin, Glossy, Matte, and Metallic.

6. Limits of Liability
ProlabExpress.com® will take every precaution to ensure proper handling of any file submitted, however we assume no liability for loss of submitted files. ProlabExpress.com® is not responsible for loss, damage, or delay in shipment caused by parcel carriers.

7. Remakes
Within 30 days of receipt of the order (21 days from the date the order is shipped if using FedEx), contact our customer service representatives if there is an error with the order or damaged during shipping.

Material manufacturing techniques change from time to time. Papers, inks, substrates, and laminates used in the lab are subject to those changes. As such, we cannot guarantee that prints today will exactly match prints produced in the past.

All remakes are shipped using the carrier of choice at the discretion of ProlabExpress.com®. Upgraded shipping is available, but additional charges will be incurred.

8. Copyright
ProlabExpress.com® complies with all copyright laws. We vigorously work to protect the ownership rights of the copyright holder and will not knowingly copy, scan, or reproduce photographs that are copyrighted or bear a studio name without the written consent of the photographer, studio or trademark holder. If quality control discovers a copyright violation, we will contact you for a release prior to shipping the work. If no proper release is provided within 48 hours, the order will not ship, the prints will be destroyed, and there will be no refund for the order.

9. Privacy
Other than as set forth herein, we will not disclose your personal information to third parties without your written consent (which consent may be obtained electronically, such as by e-mail), unless we reasonably believe that the disclosure is essential to the conduct of ProlabExpress.com®'s business, including but not limited to where such disclosure is necessary to (i) comply with the law, (ii) collect unpaid amounts due ProlabExpress.com®, its subsidiaries, parent or agents, (iii) enable ProlabExpress.com® employees, agents or consultants to provide service and to otherwise perform their duties,(iv) comply with interchange functions, (v) obtain and provide credit reporting information, or (vi) resolve customer disputes or inquiries. We do not provide your personal information to third parties for the purpose of telemarketing, e-mail, or direct mail solicitation, nor do we retain your credit card number on file.

10. Website Content
All content on the website is the copyrighted property of ProlabExpress.com® and its parent, CorporateColor Services, Inc. Content contained in the website may not be reproduced, modified, edited, distributed, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, sold, or transmitted (in whole or in part) in any form or by any means, including but not limited to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the express prior written permission of ProlabExpress.com® and CorporateColor Services, Inc.

11. Canceling Orders
ProlabExpress® ROES Ordering System - You may cancel an order on the ProlabExpress® ROES ordering system provided the order has not already been printed. To cancel an order, contact Customer Service with the order details. Customer Service will verify that the order has not been printed. Charged may not be refunded if the order has been completed.

12. Boutique Packaging
Different print sizes may be packaged together in a single box. Orders for Boutique Packaging should be a unique, separate order. The package size may vary depending on contents. Available for 11x14 and smaller prints only. If a Boutique Package order is received that has a combination of eligible and ineligible products/sizes, those eligible products/sizes will be Boutique Packaged and the ineligible products/sizes will be packaged using our conventional packaging. If more than three Boutique Packaging boxes are necessary to complete your order, there will be a $3.00 charge for each additional box. Drop shipped Boutique Packaging orders cannot contain ineligible products/sizes.
