File & Print Information
- Keep all text .25” away from outside edges
- Border designs need to be at least .5″ from trim (1″ looks best)
- Size your file(s) at 100% size, 300 ppi
- Save your file as a level 12 JPG, in sRGB color space
- 4 business days turn around
- File names can only contain letters, numbers, dashes, and underscores. Spaces and special characters will not allow your file to process.

Mounting Options *
 | Double-Weight Art Board* Thicker than single weight mat board, Double-Weight Art Board provides an economical way to mount your prints. |
 | Triple-Weight Art Board* This heavy weight mat board (thicker than Double-Weight) is an economical option for mounting prints. |
 | 6mm Sintra 6mm is a more rigid substrate and is often displayed as a stand-alone piece. |
 | Styrene Styrene, available in black or white, is one of the best all around mounting substrates available. At .080″ thick, this product provides a smooth plastic surface ideal for mounting prints 16×20 and smaller. |
 | 1/8″ Masonite 1/8″ Masonite is another premium yet economical mounting solution. Masonite has a smooth mounting surface and is tempered for extreme durability. This material provides an upscale mounting option at an affordable price. |
 | 3/16″ Foam Board 3/16″ Foam Board provides a rigid, hard surface ideal for mounting prints. Available in both black and white. Our Foam Board is 100% recyclable. |
 | 1/2″ and 1″ Gatorfoam® Offered in black, 1/2″ or 1″ Gatorfoam® is perfect for adding dimension to your work. This product is used frequently as a substitute for traditional framing. Hanging hooks available at an additional charge. |
* Due to the nature of fiber based board, some warping can be expected. This substrate is recommended for smaller prints or framing.
Art & Color Correction*
Color Correction – Images are corrected for color and density to a neutral pleasing appearance.
Additional Tooth – Any tooth can be duplicated and repositioned for a natural look.
Braces Removal – Braces are removed and tooth color is blended.
Basic Facial Retouching – Minimal blemish removal.
Standard Facial Retouching – Blemish removal; soften/remove bags under eyes, soften lines and wrinkles (per person).
Extensive Facial Retouching – Severe acne, red/blotchy skin/tan lines; scars/age spots, dark/heavy bags under eyes; double chins/heavy lines or wrinkles.
Portrait Makeover – Designed for straight-on headshots, Portrait Makeover is a complete facial analysis and enhancement tool. From ensuring symmetry in the eyes to enhancing facial expressions, everything is covered.
Basic Glare – Glare/reflection removal; not in eye area; no reconstruction.
Extensive Glare – Glare/reflection affecting 50% of the eye area. Eye and head switch charges apply with alternate images.
Glass Glare Eye Rebuild – Glare/reflection affecting greater than 50% of the eye area. Eye and head switch charges apply with alternate images.
Basic Stray Hair – Remove few hairs in plain background and face areas.
Extensive Stray Hair – Remove multiple hair strands, clumps on face/neck in plain background.
Digital Art/Restoration – Minimum 15 minutes charge in 15 minute increments.
Head/Eye Switch – Head or eye switch with minimal blending, no manipulation.
Add/Remove Person – Add or remove a person from a group keeping the same background and pose.
Minor Object Removal – Remove small objects and plain background flaws.
New Background – Replace old/damaged background with a new one of your choice.
Horizon Line Straightening – Adjust horizontal plane to position images symmetrical to print format.
Extensive Object Removal – Remove objects and plain background flaws.
